A lot of times we are carrying around a lot of tension in our faces without even knowing it. Through yoga we can actually release the tension in our faces along with other parts of our body.. When we relieve the tension in our face it helps all of our senses work better and we feel more awake and alive. The lion pose is a yoga pose that may, make your feel silly.
